




**BAKER / BAKERY ASSISTANT** Location: San Isidro (Pardo y Aliaga) **Main responsibilities:** Participate in the bakery product manufacturing process: dough preparation, rounding, baking, among others. Support daily activities within the department, according to the assigned position. Maintain cleanliness of utensils and the work area, complying with established protocols. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the company’s quality standards. Be available to work the night shift once per year, for a period of three months. **Candidate profile:** Minimum 2 years’ experience in baking/pastry (mandatory requirement; employment verification documents will be requested). Completed or ongoing technical studies in Bakery (desirable but not mandatory). Knowledge of GMP and bakery production processes.
