At **Protiviti**, we are seeking a **Project Manager** to manage, oversee, and execute projects within the Digital Demand and Development area, ensuring alignment with the IT project governance model and compliance with defined standards regarding value, quality, timelines, and costs. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with the project governance model, policies, and standards of the area. * Plan, manage, and track the project across scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risks, using management tools (Jira preferred). * Lead and coordinate the project team, ensuring proper execution of activities and deliverables. * Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, reporting progress, risks, and critical issues to support decision-making. * Manage relationships with involved business units, ensuring appropriate coordination throughout the project. * Monitor project progress, control scope changes, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality criteria. * Administer the project budget and manage risks, resolving conflicts promptly. * Manage project closure, including lessons learned, handover to operations, and associated administrative documentation. **Requirements** * University degree or technical qualification in **Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.** * Minimum 5 **years of experience leading IT projects**, with development teams. * Experience in **schedule management, budgeting, and scope control.** * Experience in **projects involving SAP and Azure (Bonus)** * Knowledge of **agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)** and traditional methodologies (**PMI, Waterfall**). * Proficiency with tools such as **MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Monday.** **Project Details** * **Duration:** 6 months * **Start Date:** January * **Work Mode:** Hybrid, Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Surco)/ Friday Remote * **Equipment Provision** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have as a Project Manager? * What is your experience with SAP and Azure projects?
