**Position: GENERAL MANAGER** **Location:** Trujillo **Requirements:** * Professional in Industrial Engineering, Transportation, Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in the transportation sector (desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Design and execute operational plans for the efficient and safe transportation of goods or passengers. * Supervise operational staff: drivers, dispatchers, mechanics, among others. * Coordinate routes, schedules, preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet. * Control operational costs (fuel, allowances, maintenance, tolls, etc.). * Investigate and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies. * Ensure compliance with legal regulations in transportation and road safety. * Prioritize payments based on due dates, fund availability, and operational relevance. * Monitor key operational performance indicators (KPIs). * Manage operational contingencies: accidents, delays, mechanical failures, etc. * Coordinate with other departments (commercial, logistics, human resources, finance). * Lead continuous improvement projects in the operations area. * Control and update fleet documentation, insurance, permits, and licenses.
