We work together with the joy of achieving the impossible. **Job Description** **What is this role about?** Oversee compliance with warehouse procedures and supervise dispatch and receiving operations, aligning with corporate guidelines and established best practices, to ensure product availability and quality, as well as meeting inventory and service performance indicators. **Key Challenges of the Role** * Prepare reconciliation entries, including counting and balancing inventories of products, packaging, boxes, and pallets, to ensure product availability and timely identification of out-of-stock situations. * Monitor inventory indicators, such as product expiration dates, to identify deviations, validate them with relevant departments, and propose immediate solutions. * Supervise the physical conditions of the warehouse, ensuring safety, order, cleanliness, and discipline, to guarantee compliance with established standards and regulations. * Supervise fuel availability at gas stations and propane supply to ensure continuous operation of transportation equipment for products and materials. * Prepare weekly product orders to ensure availability and continuity in operations. * Coordinate with sales and production teams the dispatch of special orders to guarantee product availability. * Identify process improvement opportunities in inventory management to optimize area productivity and profitability. **Requirements** **Who are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Two years of experience performing similar functions in logistics. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. **Additional Information** The mission of Grupo Mariposa is to promote growth and sustainability within the global food and beverage industry.
