




Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to support payroll calculations, documentation management, and hiring processes, ensuring the achievement of departmental objectives. Opportunity for growth We are looking for a Payroll Assistant for our Trujillo office. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or currently studying Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Accounting. * Intermediate Excel skills * Knowledge of labor legislation * Immediate availability Responsibilities: * Assist in calculating vacation payroll and settlement statements. * Collect attendance and absenteeism data for payroll closing via the web platform. * Receive documents submitted by various departments and branches. * Validate activation of SCTR and SVL insurance. * Support training sessions and distribution of pay slips. * Manage the hiring process. * Assist in addressing internal and/or external departmental requests. * Perform tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor to achieve departmental objectives.
