




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Warehouse Assistant to manage inventory records, conduct physical counts, and prepare shipments. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to develop proactivity and adaptability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Record incoming spare parts, machinery, PPEs, supplies, consumables, cleaning tools, office supplies, and fixed assets. * Update the inventory movement ledger. * Conduct cyclic inventories and physical counts as required. * Generate stock and ledger reports. * Prepare, pack, and dispatch spare parts requested by the commercial and operations departments. * Support in container receipt and report preparation. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education or incomplete studies in Administration or related fields. * Valid Class A1 driver's license (desirable). * Basic Excel proficiency. **SKILLS:** * Proactivity. * Communication and active listening. * Adaptability. * Decision-making.
