Responsibilities * Contact and advise clients on personal loans. * Promote Santander’s financial products. * Manage and follow up with potential customers. * Achieve established sales targets and performance indicators. * Maintain proper client information management. Requirements * Completed secondary education; technical or university studies in progress or completed. * Prior sales experience is not required. * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Goal- and results-oriented mindset. * Availability to work on-site in Trujillo.
