Positive work environment and professional growth **Operations Assistant** **Trujillo – La Esperanza Industrial Park** We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and professionally ambitious Operations Assistant. **Requirements** * Bachelor's or technical degree in Agro-industrial Production, Industrial Administration, Logistics, Quality Control, Food Processing, or related fields. * Age between 20 and 26 years. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. * Basic knowledge of warehouse, logistics, and quality control processes (preferred). * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactivity, responsibility, and organizational skills. * Residence near La Esperanza Industrial Park or adjacent areas. **Responsibilities** * Assist in monitoring incoming and outgoing merchandise. * Verify and organize product storage and replenishment. * Support quality control of non-perishable food items. * Prepare reports and performance indicators using Microsoft Excel. * Provide support to various departments within the company. * Carry out any other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the Operations Manager. * Ensure compliance with food safety and quality procedures and standards. **We Offer** * Career path opportunity. * Continuous training. * Positive work environment. * Job stability and professional growth. * Position Information **Department: Operations**. Reports to: Operations Manager. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Work Location:** La Esperanza Industrial Park.
