P **PRODUCTION OPERATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Industrial Controls, Maintenance Mechanics, or Industrial Mechanics. * 1 year of production experience (work certificates validating experience required). * Availability to work 8-hour shifts, rotating weekly among the three shifts: Morning (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), Afternoon (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), and Night (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate assigned equipment and/or machinery within the area to meet pre-established work schedules. * Identify and/or resolve basic operational issues affecting equipment under one’s responsibility to ensure uninterrupted operations meeting required standards for quality, food safety, and appearance. * Conduct established quality tests for each piece of equipment/machinery, verifying reliability and alignment with corporate guidelines. * Perform autonomous maintenance activities on machines within the work area to ensure compliance with the maintenance schedule and equipment reliability. * Carry out assigned tasks during product process changeovers and scheduled cleanings as defined in the production plan to meet corporate alignment requirements and planning-defined timelines. * Ensure and/or implement compliance with SIG standards in daily activities to minimize applicable risks related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and food safety. * Attend company-scheduled meetings to participate in programs and support corporate objectives. * Actively participate in continuous improvement programs and similar initiatives to foster a culture of excellence in our processes, aligned with company needs, procedures, and policies. * Other responsibilities **BENEFITS:** * Offer includes: Formal employment registration + Competitive salary (General Labor Regime) + Statutory benefits + Company-provided benefits. * Dynamic, high-pressure, team-based work environment.
