Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator to carry out operational activities in fertilizer production, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for carrying out operational activities in production 2. Ensuring quality, safety, and environmental standards 3. Contributing to the achievement of the production plan We are looking for a responsible individual to perform operational activities in the fertilizer production process, ensuring compliance with the company’s established quality, safety, and environmental standards. Contribute to achieving the production plan and improving production process efficiency. - Verify and control raw material loading on the production line. - Operate and inspect equipment on the production line. - Label bags. - Weigh, mix, and prepare micronutrients and/or additives. - Apply liquid micronutrients and/or additives to the mixer. - Package fertilizers. - Palletize finished product bags. - Perform maintenance and manage raw material inventories. - Comply with safety and quality measures BENEFITS: · Formal employment registration from day one. · Gross monthly salary of S/ 1500 plus overtime pay. · Statutory benefits: CTS, bonus, vacation (30 days), family allowance, productivity bonus. · Biweekly and monthly payments. · SCTR, Life Insurance, and PPE provided by the company. REQUIREMENTS: · Secondary education level. · Experience performing physically demanding tasks. · Basic knowledge of occupational safety and health. · Teamwork skills, as well as order and cleanliness. · Punctuality, responsibility, and flexibility. SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM.
