




**FUNCTIONS:** * Manage the search, selection and evaluation of primary and alternative suppliers, ensuring the best quality/price ratio for goods and services. * Identify suppliers for purchasing execution by analyzing strengths and weaknesses to make the best decision. * Commercially evaluate suppliers based on prices, payment terms, and delivery times of goods. * Prepare purchase orders for procurement requirements. * Maintain a record of the supplier list and the products they supply. * Register invoices in the computer system. * Track product inflows and outflows. * Request credit notes from suppliers for returned goods. * Review the status of purchase orders in the system. * Analyze purchases, budgets, and operational costs. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor that contribute to achieving company objectives. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of inventory, materials, stock, and supplier management. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the purchasing area. * Advanced level of Excel proficiency. * Intermediate level of English language knowledge. * Willingness to travel to different parts of the country for purchasing activities.
