Committed to excellence in agricultural cultivation, processing, and marketing, we continue growing and seek to incorporate top talent into our team. **Be part of our story!** We are currently seeking a: **Process and Efficiency Analyst** **Your impact on our team:** Participate in the identification, modeling, and evaluation of the company’s internal processes, ensuring alignment with business strategic objectives, identifying opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, and risks that strengthen operations. This role is not solely focused on process documentation. It is a cross-functional position centered on analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement—driving efficiency initiatives, performance indicator management, and strengthening internal controls across all organizational areas. ### **Responsibilities** **What will you do in this role?** * Participate in the identification and validation of macro-processes, processes, and sub-processes with agricultural, administrative, and commercial departments. * Document processes using flowcharts, procedures, work instructions, and operational protocols. * Collect and analyze management indicators, verifying alignment with strategic objectives. * Provide methodological support to process owners for developing technical work instructions and protocols. * Identify risks, controls, and improvement opportunities within processes. * Develop administrative policies, procedures, and manuals to ensure document standardization. * Participate in innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement projects. * Identify efficiency and optimization opportunities that generate operational improvements and cost reductions. * Participate in initiatives to strengthen and redesign organizational processes. ### **Requirements** **Our requirements:** Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in process identification and redesign. * Minimum 1 year of experience in process management areas, preferably in agro-industry. * Knowledge of process identification and documentation, process improvement and redesign, and BPM methodology. * Knowledge of risk management and internal control. * Lean methodology experience preferred. * SAP proficiency (preferred). * Power BI proficiency (preferred). * Intermediate English. * Hybrid work mode: 50% field – 50% office. * Work location: Chao. ✨ Apply with us and take the first step toward a career full of opportunities and challenges—so together we can **work the fields to improve lives**.
