




Position Summary: Proactive and organized HR professional responsible for executing selection processes—from job posting to onboarding—while providing administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of personnel selection and recruitment processes. 2. Dynamic role providing administrative support in Human Resources. 3. Collaboration in onboarding new talent into the organization. **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in recruitment platforms (Computrabajo, Bumeran, Indeed, LinkedIn, or others). * Experience in resume screening and candidate pre-selection. * Conducting telephone and virtual interviews. * Intermediate Excel skills (database management and process tracking). * Basic knowledge of HR administrative procedures and labor regulations. **Skills and Competencies:** * Proactivity and dynamism. * Organization and multitasking ability. * Clear communication and empathetic interpersonal skills. * Sense of urgency, results orientation, and confidentiality. **Job Responsibilities:** * Posting job vacancies and sourcing candidates. * Performing resume screening and coordinating interviews. * Tracking selection processes until vacancy closure. * Coordinating onboarding for newly hired staff. * Updating candidate databases and preparing hiring files. * Providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. * Performing other duties assigned by management.
