MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Accounting recording of **purchase, sales, and service invoices**. * Registration and control of **expense reports** and **expenses to be reported**. * Review and validation of **payment vouchers** (invoices, receipts, professional fee receipts). * Document registration and uploading to **supplier portals** (PDF, XML, CDR, delivery guides, or other requested documents). * Bank reconciliations. * Fuel control and settlement (consumption, fuel vouchers, invoicing). * Cement, credit notes, and commercial adjustments control and settlement. * Physical and digital filing of accounting documentation. * Support in accounts payable and accounts receivable control. * Direct coordination with administration, logistics, and treasury. * Other accounting functions related to hardware store and transportation operations.
