Position Summary: We are seeking a Branch Administrator to manage inventories, control distribution operations, plan maintenance, administer budgets, and validate the operational status of assets within a mass consumer goods company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage inventory levels and control distribution operations. 2. Administer budgets and validate the operational status of branch assets. 3. Track shipments and manage approved suppliers. We are JANDY SAC, a company distributing mass consumer goods. **BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * University graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a **Branch Administrator**. * Knowledge of logistics and mass consumer goods sector (MANDATORY). * Valid driver's license. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage inventory levels (FIFO, reverse logistics, KPIs). * Control distribution area operations. * Plan preventive and corrective maintenance for branches. * Manage allocated budget (petty cash expenses). * Validate operational status of branch assets. * Perform billing processes. * Carry out collection and Prosegur remittance processes. * Record and communicate commercial activities, promotions, and bundled offers. * Submit merchandise requisitions according to supplier and requirements. * Track shipments from Lima to provinces. * Manage approved suppliers. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary * Mobility bonus * Formal employment registration from day one * Benefits under the General Regime **(CTS, Bonuses, and Profit Sharing)** * Career development path * Family allowance * Two insurance policies * Vacation (30 days) * Job stability Application Question(s): * Do you reside in Trujillo?
