Currently, we are looking for a: **Professional Intern** Contribute to the objectives of the assigned department through participation in projects, processes, and operational and administrative activities, applying knowledge acquired during professional training and strengthening technical and management competencies within a continuous learning environment. ### **Responsibilities** * Provide support in executing operational and administrative activities of the assigned department. * Assist in monitoring processes, indicators, and action plans, according to departmental requirements. * Participate in preparing, updating, and analyzing management reports and information. * Collaborate in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of assigned activities. * Maintain up-to-date documentation and records related to departmental processes. * Participate in meetings, projects, and training activities, contributing proposals and improvement initiatives. * Comply with organizational policies, procedures, and safety, quality, and sustainability standards. * Responsibilities may vary depending on the selected position/department. ### **Requirements** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields. * Interest in developing a career within Peru’s largest agro-export company. * Possession of graduation certificate or official transcript. * No prior professional internship experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
