Currently, we are looking for a: **Fertigation Supervisor**
Supervise and record results of fertigation process analyses, prepare summaries of analyses conducted on soil, plant tissue, and nutrient solutions, and monitor certain supporting parameters of the Fertigation and Nutrition Program to ensure crops remain healthy and in optimal condition.
### **Responsibilities**
* Record, organize, update, and monitor results of fertigation and nutrition process analyses.
* Prepare and supervise summaries of analyses carried out under Nutritional, Hydrological, and Post-Harvest Monitoring and Diagnostic Programs, as well as area-specific research.
* Review and monitor proper execution of scheduled activities in irrigation control software and coordinate with production staff—including irrigators, farm managers, and others—regarding irrigation sequences, valve changes, failures, or other unforeseen events.
* Supervise evaluation of research activities, such as field sampling, fruit counting, and others.
* Track fertigation programs by farm and coordinate input requirements and cost analyses for program compliance.
* Supervise development of irrigation and nutrition control trials.
* Record, organize, update, and monitor results of fertigation and nutrition process analyses.
* Supervise compliance with Integrated Management System guidelines related to food safety, quality, authenticity, legality, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, secure trade, and ethics.
* Understand, comply with, and apply Anti-Bribery Management System requirements relevant to one’s role within the organization.
* Perform other duties within one’s area of competence, as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
### **Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering and/or Agronomy.
* Minimum 1 year of specific experience in fertigation and nutrition roles, preferably with blueberry cultivation.
* Knowledge of plant nutrition and foliar analysis.
* Training or coursework in irrigation systems, soil dynamics, plant nutrition, and fertigation (desirable).
