Job Summary: Operational Monitoring Analyst: fleet tracking and control, incident management, and report generation. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous monitoring of units and route tracking. 2. Management of operational alerts and incidents. 3. Handling of advanced GPS platforms and telematics. **Responsibilities:** * Perform continuous monitoring of assigned units. * Execute route and operational movement tracking. * Verify compliance with scheduled routes. * Detect operational deviations using monitoring platforms. * Manage operational alerts generated by available systems. * Track operational incidents. * Generate operational reports and monitoring records. * Analyze historical route and operational event data. * Escalate incidents according to client-defined protocols. * Maintain ongoing coordination with the operations team and client representatives. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Transportation, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy cargo fleet control, fuel distribution (ideally), or last-mile tracking. * Proficiency in advanced GPS platforms (Geotab, Hunter, Sitrack, etc.) and telematics (fuel control, fatigue, speed). * Schedule: Day shifts / Lima.
