Job Summary: We are seeking a systems technician to install, configure, and maintain technology, perform diagnostics, and replace components. Key Responsibilities: 1. Departmental technology installation and configuration. 2. Periodic equipment maintenance and diagnostics. 3. Preparation of reports and equipment flow control. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Systems and Computer Engineering / Technical diploma in Systems and Computer Science. Ability to work under pressure. 6 months of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of PC, laptop, and printer assembly; video conferencing systems; and networking. Intermediate English. Intermediate Office skills; Linux, Mac, and Windows operating systems; MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server; Java. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Install and configure technology to be used in the department. Perform periodic maintenance on departmental equipment. Conduct testing on new equipment for internal departmental procedures (Quality Control - KCS). Diagnose malfunctions in equipment returned from branches nationwide. Replace damaged or faulty components as needed to ensure proper equipment operation. Prepare reports on the status of received equipment. Control the incoming flow of office equipment entering the warehouse.
