We are looking for someone passionate about gastronomy, with experience in grilling and general cooking, leadership abilities, and love for their work. As a Cook, you will be responsible for coordinating ingredient preparation and maintaining control over service performance indicators. Many of our dishes require griddle use for preparing Mexican/Tex\-Mex specialties such as tacos, burritos, and quesadillas, among others. You will learn from a dynamic kitchen experiencing rapid growth and strong future prospects. **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Preparation and cooking of items on the griddle. * Quality control and presentation of dishes. * Organization and cleanliness of the workstation. * Adherence to restaurant recipes and procedures. * General support to the kitchen team as needed. **We Offer:** * Job stability. * A positive work environment. * Opportunities for career advancement. * Compensation commensurate with experience. * Enrollment in the microenterprise payroll system. * Salary negotiable based on experience and practical assessment.
