The company seeks to hire (01\) Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation and production, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and service timing standards in high-volume operations. **\- RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in food preparation according to the daily schedule. * Prepare rice dishes and soups in bulk. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Assist in meal portion dispatch and distribution. * Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations. **\- WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Compensation: S/ 1,200 base \+ S/ 100 transportation allowance. * Work mode: On-site. **\- REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a kitchen assistant. * Experience in concessionaires or high-volume restaurants. * Knowledge of bulk rice and soup preparation. * Knowledge of and ability to apply GMP. * Education in gastronomy or practical training. * Availability for rotating shifts. **\- SHIFTS:** * 7:00 am – 4:00 pm * 11:00 am – 8:00 pm * 7:00 pm – 5:00 am (includes overtime).
