We require the following profile: A Technical Assistant in General Services **What will be your main challenge?** Provide operational support to the Technician in executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks (electricity, plumbing, infrastructure, and finishes), ensuring operability and safety at our clients' facilities. What will be your responsibilities? * **Operational Support:** Assist the technician during interventions, transport tools/materials, and perform minor tasks (painting, equipment cleaning, simple disassembly). * **Management and Reporting:** Support task documentation (photos, forms) and report field incidents. * **Safety:** Properly use PPE and maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. What are we looking for in you? * **Education:** Completed secondary education (Mandatory). Technical training in electricity, maintenance, plumbing, or related fields is desirable. * **Experience:** Prior experience in operational maintenance or general services is desirable. * **Knowledge:** Basic Office proficiency (use of forms) and fundamental maintenance concepts. * **Competencies:** Proactivity, ability to follow instructions, punctuality, teamwork, and attention to detail. * **Commitment:** Willingness to remain in the position for a minimum of one year (ongoing training provided).
