Participate in all stages of raw material processing. 2. Support the maintenance of safe equipment and facilities. 3. We are growing and looking for responsible individuals with a positive attitude and willingness to learn to join our team as **Production Assistants**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Accompany and participate in all stages of raw material processing until final product completion, following instructions and under direct supervision of the area supervisor. * Support maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and clean production process. * Perform manual activities including sorting, washing, and packaging of products. * Operate equipment under direct supervision. * Where applicable, monitor parameters at Critical Control Points, accurately record data, and immediately respond to any deviations. * Comply with procedures, instructions, and proper completion of the Footbath Form. * Comply with company Integrated Management System standards, policies, and directives. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary school * Experience: In production areas * Availability to work in **Chorrillos** or neighboring districts from Monday to Friday. * **Availability to work rotating shifts (Morning/Afternoon/Night)** **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Sodexo card * Attendance bonus * Bi-weekly payments * Market-competitive salary * Payroll under General Regime Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,131\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
