Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to prepare and lead budgets for electrical projects, conduct technical site visits, analyze drawings, and coordinate costs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and prepare overall budgets for electrical projects. 2. Analyze drawings and technical specifications to determine costs. 3. Coordinate with site supervisors and contractors to optimize costs. o Professional degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. o Minimum 1 year of experience preparing budgets for low- and medium-voltage electrical projects. o Prepare a bi-monthly budget report for management. o Lead and prepare overall budgets, defining their scope based on the work items to be executed on-site. o Conduct technical site visits to clients to gather information about the project to be budgeted. o Analyze client drawings and technical specifications to determine material costs, labor costs, production time, and subcontracting costs. o Coordinate cost-related matters with site supervisors and contractors for the project. o Conduct market prospecting (clients, competitors) to identify new opportunities. o Prepare performance plans for upcoming projects. o Read and interpret electrical drawings. o Support the design of electrical and electromechanical installations using AutoCAD, DIALux, and other tools. o Prepare cost reports for completed projects. o Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
