Job Description Mission: Execute assigned project components within your unit/department, in accordance with established procedures, to ensure timely delivery and coordinate necessary resources (human and material), while promoting significant improvements to the project. They are responsible for executing construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise resource utilization to ensure construction works are completed on time, according to specifications, and within budget. Their common responsibilities include: managing contracts and obtaining required permits and licenses; preparing budget estimates; planning and scheduling construction phases; supervising subcontractors and subordinate staff or laborers; verifying progress and work quality throughout all project phases; representing the company in relevant matters, etc. Candidate Requirements JOB OBJECTIVE Lead the project’s Technical and Planning Office, ensuring accurate interpretation and application of designs, comprehensive construction planning, technical documentation control, and the necessary engineering support for efficient, safe, and quality-compliant execution of the Airport Control Tower construction project. REQUIREMENTS Academic Qualifications: * Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering or related disciplines. Experience: * Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in technical management and planning of construction projects. Location: * Willingness to reside and work in the city of Cusco for the duration of the project. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare supporting documentation for contractual and additional valuations, and review information submitted by the Client for budget preparation in accordance with requested technical specifications. * Ensure quantity surveying is performed correctly per objective (e.g., determining actual quantities, additional budgets, executed work volume, and valuations). * Review the construction schedule, available resources, lookahead plans, weekly plans, PPC (Project Production Control), and project technical information. * Prepare and/or review major quantity surveys and additional construction services to process corresponding procedures. * Review and reconcile information from drawings, technical specifications, responses to queries, studies, etc., to identify inconsistencies, missing information, and other issues. * Generate and supply necessary technical information for project scheduling and construction. * Manage availability of information (Technical File, field data, executed quantity surveys, additional budgets, etc.) for the Valuation Specialist, and monitor work progress against the established schedule. * Responsible for “for construction” engineering. * Review BIM models jointly with the modeler. * KPI: % of information delivered on time.
