Job Summary: This role involves drafting various technical drawings, developing proposals, quantifying materials, managing project files, and preparing quotations. Key Highlights: 1. Technical drawing of plans using specialized software. 2. Development of architectural proposals and material estimation. 3. Project management and quotation preparation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Draft architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, topographic, artistic, and general engineering drawings using specialized software. * Develop architectural proposals. * Determine the quantity of materials required for construction/manufacturing. * Archive drafted projects for reference to previous work. * Prepare quotation templates. * Reconcile with the client the actual progress quantities completed. * Prepare or review takeoffs for subcontractor valuations. * Quote specific items for assembling the required proposal. E.g., containers, metal shelving, melamine furniture, etc. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions * Knowledge of construction sites, camps, or modular units (desirable) * Advanced AutoCAD, Excel proficiency, and planning tools * Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure **Working Conditions:** * Remuneration: S/ 2,000 to S/ 2,200 (depending on evaluation and experience) * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Work location: Offices – Ancón Industrial Zone Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
