**SIG RESPONSIBLE / COORDINATOR (SSOMA)** **Integrated Management System – Safety, Occupational Health and Environment** **Main Responsibilities** * Implement, maintain and improve the **Integrated Management System (IMS)**. * Supervise compliance with current legal regulations in **OSH and Environment**. * Develop, update and control IMS procedures, forms and records. * Conduct **safety inspections**, hazard identification and risk assessment. * Coordinate **safety inductions, trainings and safety talks**. * Manage incidents, accidents, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions. * Prepare IMS reports for clients and management. * Coordinate with supervisors, clients and authorities as appropriate. * Ensure compliance with internal and contractual standards. **Required Profile** ✔ Professional, bachelor’s degree holder or technician in **Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental, Industrial or related fields** ✔ Minimum of **1 to 2 years** of experience in similar roles (IMS / SSOMA) ✔ Knowledge of **OSH regulations (Law No. 29783)** ✔ Knowledge of **ISO 45001 / ISO 14001** (desirable) ✔ Experience in **fieldwork and/or projects** ✔ Intermediate-level **Excel** proficiency ✔ Organizational skills, leadership and effective communication Desirable: experience in environmental services, occupational monitoring or industrial projects. **Employment Conditions** * Formal employment under the **REMYPE – Small Enterprise regime** * Market-competitive salary commensurate with experience * Opportunity for professional growth * Participation in diverse projects * Positive work environment Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
