




RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Provide telephone support to users regarding base software, office software, and applications. \- Maintain operational support service during the agreed hours for incidents reported by users of systems included within the scope of the service. \- Handle application incidents from the Help Desk. \- Continuously track pending tickets and ensure they are properly resolved.
