Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to manage the procurement of goods and services, coordinate with domestic and international suppliers, and track orders and imports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the procurement of goods and services, coordinating with suppliers. 2. Tracks purchase orders and import processes. 3. Maintains up-to-date information on suppliers, purchases, and imports. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of: **LOGISTICS ASSISTANT** Responsibilities: 1\. Request and compare supplier quotations for goods and services required by company departments and projects. 2\. Generate and track purchase orders until delivery of the product or service. 3\. Coordinate with suppliers for the delivery of materials, equipment, or services requested by administrative departments. 4\. Coordinate with IT and general services suppliers to address company requirements. 5\. Track import orders, coordinating with international suppliers and logistics agents. 6\. Review and organize documentation related to import processes. 7\. Coordinate with requesting departments on order status and delivery dates. 8\. Maintain up-to-date information on suppliers, purchases, and imports.
