Job Summary: Execute monthly dynamic maintenance routines on equipment, diagnose issues, and report wear to ensure optimal operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform dynamic maintenance and verify equipment operation. 2. Diagnose issues and identify replacement parts requiring change. 3. Report completed work and details via the application. ***What is your mission?*** Carry out the monthly dynamic maintenance routines assigned by the route supervisor and report worn-out replacement parts in accordance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures to ensure equipment operates optimally and achieve customer loyalty. * ***Responsibilities:*** \- Perform monthly dynamic maintenance and verify proper equipment operation. \- Diagnose equipment issues and identify replacement parts requiring change, then report them via the mobile application. \- Report completed work and equipment-related details to the route supervisor through the Otis application. \- Accurately complete technical reports. \- Support compliance with internal policies established by the company. \- Perform other job-related duties as directed by your immediate supervisor. Requirements: \- Electronic Technician, Mechanical Technician, Electrical Technician, Mechatronics Technician, and/or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in elevator maintenance (preferred). \- Experience in mechanical, elevator, and electrical platform maintenance. * ***Benefits*** \- Market-competitive salary. \- Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. \- Mobility allowance. \- Ongoing training opportunities.
