The Human Resources Department of Intensive Care & Nurses (ICN), a company dedicated to delivering healthcare services to various age groups to improve their quality of life, is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant with solid experience in personnel management, recruitment, selection, and evaluation of technical and administrative staff—especially within healthcare areas.
**Requirements:**
* Psychology (Organizational) or Human Resources graduate or bachelor’s degree candidate.
* Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (preferably in the healthcare sector).
* Immediate availability.
* Intermediate-level Office skills (especially Excel).
* Availability to work ***Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.*** in Magdalena del Mar.
**Responsibilities:**
* Publish and disseminate job postings on job boards, social media, and other talent acquisition channels.
* Screen applicants’ resumes, evaluating alignment with the required profile for each vacancy.
* Contact candidates to schedule interviews, telephone screenings, and corresponding assessments.
* Conduct pre-selection interviews and verify information regarding experience, availability, and salary expectations.
* Administer and/or coordinate psychometric, technical, or knowledge-based assessments per process guidelines.
* Maintain an updated applicant database and track the status of each selection process.
* Prepare recruitment reports and metrics, reporting progress and outcomes for assigned vacancies.
* Manage collection and verification of documentation required for onboarding selected personnel.
* Coordinate orientation scheduling and support the onboarding process for new employees.
* Maintain timely communication with applicants and hiring departments, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.
