Participation in technological projects. **Job Objective** Provide support for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment and networks, ensuring the proper functioning of customers' technology infrastructure. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree holder, graduate, or final-cycle student in Telecommunications Engineering, Network Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in network or telecommunications support. * Knowledge of configuring **Switches, Access Points, and Firewalls**. * Basic understanding of IP addressing, VLANs, DHCP, and LAN/WAN networks. * Proficiency with diagnostic and technical support tools. * Willingness to perform fieldwork when required. * Availability for on-site work. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of networking equipment. * Configure switches, access points, and firewalls according to project requirements. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on telecommunications equipment. * Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients. * Diagnose and resolve issues related to networks and connectivity. * Conduct functionality tests and document implemented configurations. * Support the implementation of network infrastructure projects. * Prepare technical reports of completed tasks. * Coordinate with the technical department to address incidents and projects. * Comply with company-established quality procedures and standards. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **Benefits** * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Positive work environment. * Participation in technological projects.
