Sucamec training course if not already certified On behalf of our client Prosegur, a leading company in security solutions, we are currently seeking Security Agents to join our team. Work locations: Ate, Santa Anita, La Molina, San Luis Shifts: 12 hours (Day, Night or Rotating) Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off Salary: S/ 2000 (depends on assigned shift) Base salary: S/ 1,130 Bonuses according to current scheme Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience (6 consecutive months as a Security Agent) or graduates from the Armed Forces (no prior experience required). Completed secondary education. Valid Sucamec course certification (if not yet certified, Prosegur will provide training). Customer service experience. Responsibilities Control of access for people and vehicles. Surveillance and protection of facilities. Compliance with security protocols. Reporting incidents and service updates.
