Job Summary: We are seeking a Certification Assistant to support the management, organization, and tracking of certification processes, while maintaining up-to-date documentation and databases. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in managing certification processes 2. Organization and tracking of certification documentation 3. Thus, we invite you to apply for the position of CERTIFICATION ASSISTANT / ICA OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support the management of certification processes according to established standards and requirements - Organize, review, and maintain updated documentation required for certification processes - Track certification files, verifying compliance with deadlines and requested requirements - Record and update databases and reports related to certification status - Support the preparation of reports and updates on the progress of certification processes REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial, Environmental, Agro-industrial Engineering, or related fields - Minimum 2–3 years of experience - Knowledge of GLOBAL GAP, SMETA, BRC, BASC - Experience in internal and external audits REQUIREMENTS - Minimum education: University degree - Willingness to relocate: Yes BENEFITS - Formal employment from day one - Positive work environment - Statutory life insurance.
