Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Controller for Civil Works to supervise fieldwork, lead crews, and verify materials, with emphasis on soft skills and performance under pressure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and oversee fieldwork 2. Lead drilling crews 3. Conduct material and supply verification ***Field Controller \- Civil Works*** Graduates or Bachelor's degree holders in Civil Engineering.
