Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in roles such as Internal Control Assistant, Operational Control, or Internal Audit. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of internal control and retail store operations. Knowledge of fraud detection. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level). Experience using ERP systems (desirable). Profile with strong attention to detail, fieldwork capability, and focus on operational process control. Responsibilities: Conduct operational visits to stores to verify point-of-sale compliance with controls. Validate the physical existence of assets and their accurate registration in the ERP system. Supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance services at stores. Monitor petty cash expenditures, ensuring proper justification and correct application. Verify the functionality of equipment (DVRs) and timely reporting of incidents. Carry out operational process control reviews according to the internal audit plan. Document all reviews performed, ensuring evidence of identified observations. Prepare control reports with improvement recommendations.
