Opportunity for professional growth **Engineering and Construction Monte Grande continues to grow!** We are looking for a Civil Engineer with solid experience in building construction to assume the position of Quality Engineer. **What are we looking for in you?** * Licensed, registered, and authorized Civil Engineer. * 5 years of experience in Quality Engineer or similar roles in building construction projects. * Solid knowledge of quality regulations and standards in the construction sector. * Experience implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001\). * ISO 9001\ certification. * Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work on a project basis. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Develop and implement quality policies and procedures across all aspects of building construction projects. * Supervise the execution of quality control activities on site, including inspections and testing. * Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and resolution of non-conformities. * Conduct internal and external audits to evaluate the performance of the quality management system. * Collect information and develop procedures, ETOs, and instructions related to productive processes, as established in quality management. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement and participate in quality-related training initiatives. **What we offer:** * Opportunity to lead challenging and stimulating projects. * Collaborative and creative work environment. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience and skills. **How to apply:** Send your updated CV to kgomez@icmontegrande.com.pe or via WhatsApp at 908 840 819, with the subject line "Quality Engineer'' – \[Your Name]".
