Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Advisor skilled in handling inquiries, closing sales via WhatsApp, presenting products during live broadcasts, and managing multiple customers. Key Highlights: 1. Closing sales and providing customer service via WhatsApp. 2. Serving as a host in live broadcasts (Lives). 3. Opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. **COMMERCIAL ADVISOR** **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (1-hour break) **Compensation:** S/ 1,200 \+ commissions per closed sale **Work Location:** San Juan de Lurigancho \- Zarate Main Responsibilities * Handle inquiries and **close sales via WhatsApp** during live broadcasts. * Follow up with interested customers and abandoned carts. * Identify opportunities for **upselling and cross\-selling**. * Serve as a host in **live broadcasts (Lives)** lasting 1–2 hours. * Present and explain products in an attractive and professional manner. * Accurately record orders and customer information. * Coordinate orders and shipments with the relevant department. * Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining prompt and organized service. Requirements * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in WhatsApp sales, digital sales, customer service, or sales-focused call centers. * Excellent **spelling and written communication skills**. * Strong verbal communication, clear diction, and confidence on camera. * Results-oriented mindset and strong **sales closing skills**. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple chats simultaneously. * Organized, proactive, persuasive, and commercially minded individual. * Availability to work on-site during the specified hours.
