Organize daily production according to demand **EXPERIENCED BAKER NEEDED – NIGHT SHIFT** **Romina’s Bakery** We are a bakery with 30 years of experience in Chorrillos. We seek an **Experienced Baker** to work the **night shift**, supported by an assistant. **Responsibilities:** * Production of large, small, loaf, and specialty breads. * Control of dough mixing, fermentation, and baking processes. * Supervise and coordinate the production assistant. * Comply with hygiene and quality standards. * Organize daily production according to demand. **Requirements:** * Minimum **3 years of experience** as a Baker (mandatory). * Comprehensive knowledge of the bread-making process. * Experience leading teams. * Availability to work nights. * Responsible and punctual. * Reside in Chorrillos or nearby areas (preferred). **Benefits:** * Productivity and responsibility bonuses. * Bonus payments (gratificaciones). * 15 days of vacation per year. * Holiday pay. * Medical insurance. * Production assistant support. **Location:** Chorrillos Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,300.00 - S/.4,200.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
