




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support specialist to manage end-to-end hardware, software, and network incidents; perform preventive/corrective maintenance; and provide multichannel support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support and system maintenance. 2. Multichannel management of inquiries and incidents. 3. Configuration and diagnostics of computing equipment. Requirements * Technical and/or university graduate in Computing and Informatics, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or help desk (preference for IT companies). * Office productivity software (Excel, Word) * Hardware, software, and network troubleshooting and resolution * Preventive and corrective maintenance of PCs, laptops, and printers * Opening, cleaning, and testing of components (HDD, RAM, battery, etc.) * Ticket management and multichannel support (phone, WhatsApp, email) * Knowledge of platforms such as Office 365\. Job Functions * Respond to inquiries and incidents via phone, WhatsApp, or email. * Record activity and case tracking in the ticketing system. * Provide remote hardware, software, and network support within defined SLAs. * Escalate cases requiring on-site support or specialized assistance. * Manage creation and deletion of email accounts in Office 365 and HORNET. * Stay updated on company operational and technological changes. * Prepare technical reports and record all information in the system. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on laptops, PCs, and printers. * Open devices, clean components, and conduct hardware testing. * Identify component-level failures and propose solutions. * Verify warranties, document evidence, and track progress. * Replace parts or components as required. * Take photographs before and after technical interventions. * Diagnose and resolve issues with computing equipment, applications, and internal services. * Configure new devices (laptops, PCs, tablets), including OS installation, drivers, user profiles, corporate software, and access setup. * Open devices, clean internal and external components, and test hardware (battery, memory, HDD/SSD, power supply, cooler, etc.) * Configure basic security policies on assigned devices (updates, antivirus, permissions).
