Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer to execute, supervise, and coordinate installations in multifamily buildings, with experience in MEP systems and BIM tools. Key Highlights: 1. Over 5 years of experience in installations for multifamily buildings 2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks 3. Comprehensive management of installations and subcontractors Education: Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary Engineer, or related field. Registered and licensed. **Experience: Minimum 5 years in execution, supervision, and coordination of installations in multifamily buildings.** Knowledge: * Construction processes for sanitary installations — water supply, drainage, and stormwater drainage — electrical installations — power, lighting, and grounding — communication systems — data, CCTV, and intercoms — mechanical systems — ventilation, exhaust, and HVAC — gas systems, and fire protection water systems. * Review and validation of drawings, technical specifications, reports, construction details, procedures, and applicable regulations for MEP disciplines. * Coordination of installations with structural, architectural, finishing, and equipment elements; identification of interferences and management of Requests for Information (RFIs). * Optimization of piping, ductwork, cable tray, and conduit routing, considering constructability, slopes, mechanical spaces, accessibility, maintenance, and reduction of rework. * Use of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks for drawing and BIM model review, interference detection, technical coordination, and on-site validation of solutions. * Planning and control of installations using the Last Planner System: Phasing Plan, Look Ahead, Weekly Plan, Daily Plan, constraint analysis, PPC, and commitment tracking. * Production control of installations: physical progress, executed quantities, productivity, resources, crews, productivity metrics, construction sequences, work trains, and deviations from the plan. * Validation of quantities, productivity rates, resources, and productivity for scheduling, resource requirements, valuations, extras, deductions, and control of executed quantities. * Management of installation subcontractors and suppliers, including progress control, quality, resources, procurement, and adherence to construction sequencing. * Technical review and participation in the technical-economic evaluation of subcontractor and supplier proposals, verifying scope, exclusions, quantities, specifications, brands, deadlines, and costs. **IF YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS, APPLY VIA THE FOLLOWING LINK:** https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeknNiwL\-TyQpMCLImaWSFL46Y6HO1fEHfqdg5Mu80E\_FJ\-vQ/viewform?usp\=dialog Salary: S/.5,500\.00 \- S/.6,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
