We are currently recruiting a **Senior Reefer Technician** to work at our **Callao \- Gambetta (200 Miles)** location. **Requirements:** * Technical studies in Industrial Refrigeration, Industrial Electricity, or related fields. * Experience as a Technician or Junior Technician in warehouses or companies operating in the port reefer sector. * PBIP, MPEL, or Port Security certifications are desirable. * Knowledge of PTI inspections, basic electricity, industrial refrigeration, and welding. * Intermediate-level Office proficiency (Word, Excel) and basic English knowledge. * Manufacturer-specific reefer training courses and familiarity with Integrated Management Systems (BASC, ISO 9001, 14001, 18001\) are desirable. * Availability to work rotating shifts at Callao \- Gambetta (200 Miles). **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct visual inspections of refrigerated containers to ensure proper service execution. * Organize, perform, and supervise PTI (Pre\-Trip Inspection) inspections, and record corresponding reports in the system. * Carry out repairs on defective units, arrange replacements, and provide onboard technical assistance to vessels. * Inspect loading/unloading of refrigerated units, and connect/disconnect electrical power to containers. * Inspect controlled-atmosphere loading, calibrate sensors, program and supervise Leak Tests, and verify gasification. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Excellent working environment. ***If you meet the required experience and qualifications, we invite you to apply!*** ***Apply now and join our team!*** Salary: S/.3,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
