A Peruvian company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and installation of tensile structures, geodesic domes, arch roofs, and metal structures is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineering Manager responsible for the comprehensive technical development of our projects nationwide. Job Objective Lead the engineering department, ensuring the proper development of calculation reports, fabrication and installation drawings, guaranteeing technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and construction feasibility of projects. Main Responsibilities Prepare and supervise structural calculation reports. Develop engineering, fabrication, and assembly drawings. Coordinate with production and construction teams to ensure correct technical execution. Review and validate project technical documentation. Perform integration among design, fabrication, and installation. Ensure compliance with regulations (E.030, ASTM, etc.). Provide on-site technical support for observations or adjustments. Lead the generation of technical dossiers and quality documentation. Propose design improvements for cost and execution optimization. Required Profile Licensed and registered Civil Engineer (licensure preferred). Minimum 5–8 years of experience in structural design. Experience in: Metal structures Roofing systems, tensile structures, or similar systems Proficiency in: Structural analysis software (SAP2000, ETABS or similar) AutoCAD (mandatory) Experience in preparing: Calculation reports Fabrication and installation drawings Knowledge of Peruvian regulations (RNE) and technical standards. Ability to coordinate with production and construction teams.
