Team leadership and productivity improvement A leading company in the field of environmental sanitation and pest control is looking for 01 ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR. **REQUIREMENTS:** \-Minimum 1 year of experience in positions such as: Administrator, Administrative Coordinator, Administrative Manager, or similar. \-Graduate of a technical/university program; Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or Finance. \-Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory). \-Immediate availability *(\_mandatory*).\_ \-Team management and leadership skills. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Plan, organize, and supervise the company's administrative processes. Control and management of petty cash. Process payroll, supplier, and other payments via telecredit. Prepare financial reports. Ensure adherence to assigned budgets during service execution. Issue client service invoices according to schedule. Identify opportunities to improve area efficiency and productivity. Review accounting records prior to submission to the external accountant for tax filing. Control and authorize disbursements, reimbursements, and operational expenses. Define, develop, and monitor departmental performance indicators to evaluate performance and propose improvements. Supervise the performance of subordinates and verify compliance with assigned duties.
