Job Summary: We are seeking experienced internal security personnel to interact courteously and safeguard the physical integrity of building occupants. Key Highlights: 1. Protection of occupants' physical integrity 2. First line of defense in risk situations 3. Friendly and respectful interaction with occupants We are looking for you! Internal building security staff who exercise sound judgment and treat occupants with courtesy, respect, and service; promptly report any incidents that could endanger occupants or building equipment. Safeguard occupants' physical integrity; the Concierge serves as the first line of defense during emergencies such as theft, fire, flooding, or earthquakes. Requirements: \- Prior experience in concierge or security roles. \- Strong communication skills \- Teamwork ability \- Discretion and confidentiality \- Professional appearance \- Attention to property owners Responsibilities: \- Day shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, or night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM \- Immediately report any incident to management \- Complete daily incident reports \- Monitor and enforce building regulations and cohabitation rules Benefits: \- Bonus + CTS + 15 days of vacation \- Immediate payroll enrollment \- Salary paid 40% on the 15th and the remainder at month-end \- Positive work environment Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,750.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
