




**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Wash, rinse and disinfect dishes, cutlery, trays, kitchen utensils and equipment quickly and efficiently. * Operate the dishwasher machine correctly, ensuring its basic maintenance and daily cleaning. * Clean filters, arms, trays and internal components of the machine according to company instructions. * Keep the dish area always organized, dry and free of residues. * Separate organic and inorganic waste according to internal guidelines. * Change pre-wash or rinse water according to the specified frequency. * Report any defects or malfunctions of the machine or accessories to the head chef. * Assist in general kitchen and hallway cleaning at the end of the shift or when dishwashing load has decreased. * Comply with Good Hygiene and Handling Practices at all times. * Properly use personal protective equipment (gloves, boots, apron, etc.).
