Job Summary: COCINAS SUPERIOR SAC is seeking an HR Manager to coordinate recruitment and selection processes, supervise personnel documentation, and manage labor integration activities. RESPONSIBILITIES \* Coordinate mass recruitment and personnel selection processes. \* Supervise updates of personnel files, contracts, and databases. \* Supervise leave approvals and contract renewals. \* Manage labor integration activities at the factory. FUNCTIONS \- Manage job posting publications, screen candidates, and schedule interviews. \- Manage onboarding documentation including employment contracts, personal data forms, and sworn declarations. \- Supervise daily updating of the attendance register (Tareo) and timely recording of incidents. \- Coordinate biweekly and weekly payroll processing. \- Manage opening of payroll accounts (Cuenta Sueldo) for personnel. \- Manage SCTR and VIDA LEY enrollments and renewals for employees. \- Manage SCTR activation in case of occupational accidents. \- Coordinate with the Accounting Department for biweekly payroll payments and support in payroll review. 10\. Others. JOB PROFILE \- Education: University graduate or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. \- Training: Knowledge of labor legislation, intermediate-level Office software skills, PLAME, AFP NET. \- Skills: Leadership, ability to work under pressure, proactive attitude, analytical thinking. \- Experience: 2 years in this role or similar positions within a plant/factory setting. \- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:35 p.m. \- Availability to work in San Juan de Lurigancho.
