Development of continuous improvement and automation projects **Date:** Jun 10, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Ensure the execution of projects and initiatives assigned by management, providing support, structure, and management methodology—aiming to optimize resources, meet deadlines, and align with the company's strategic objectives. Comply with the Logistics Commercial Intelligence Governance Model flow.**What will you do in your role?** * Provide updates on the status of International Logistics and deliver information regarding costs and competitor trends to Business Units and other stakeholders * Manage and centralize KPIs within the COMEX Scorecard * Develop projects, tools, and continuous improvement initiatives using project management methodologies and process automation techniques to optimize COMEX operational efficiency * Document and update COMEX macro-processes, procedures, and risk matrices * Coordinate Supplier Service Level meetings with various suppliers and stakeholders, and ensure proper follow-up and control of their KPIs * Ensure compliance with the COMEX Standardization and Best Practices Program * Manage analysis and track the maritime freight tendering process, monitoring compliance with commercial agreements, service levels, and contractual conditions of logistics providers. **What do we need from you?** * 2 years of experience in similar project and/or process-related roles * Degree in Administration, Economics, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields * Additional studies: Supply Chain, Lean Six Sigma, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics * English language proficiency—intermediate level preferred * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office * Power BI knowledge—intermediate level preferred * Knowledge of Commercial Intelligence and Foreign Trade tools.
