Job Summary: We are seeking a Finance Analyst – Logistics Operations to record, monitor, and reconcile operational transactions, manage system integration, and ensure financial integrity. Our client, **MULTINATIONAL LOGISTICS SERVICES PROVIDER**, is looking for a **Finance Analyst – Logistics Operations**, meeting the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience in financial auditing, internal auditing, accounting, or financial analysis, preferably in high-volume transaction environments. * 6 years of experience in treasury-accounting environments. * Experience in services, logistics, and/or international trade sectors. * Strong understanding of Oracle ERP functionality. * Solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with Power Query. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Market-competitive salary. * On-site schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM in San Isidro. * Payroll: General Regime. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Record and monitor operational transactions related to logistics services (purchasing, billing, intercompany services), ensuring compliance with IFRS. * Validate and reconcile operational documents (B/Ls, waybills, invoices, debit/credit notes) against commercial agreements, ensuring correct accounting treatment. * Manage and oversee accurate information integration between the OTM system (Oracle Transportation Management) and Oracle ERP financial modules, ensuring end-to-end traceability of operations (end-to-end accounting process). * Perform monthly closing activities related to logistics operations, including accruals, unbilled revenue, accumulated costs, and account reconciliations (extending to the full set of financial statements), ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial information. * Conduct high-volume account reconciliations: accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), deferred revenue, in-transit costs, and operational accounts. * Analyze and ensure the integrity of financial information, identifying variances and proposing process improvements. * Support other finance-related tasks assigned by the department head.
