Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Financial Analyst to manage operational transactions, ensure IFRS compliance, integrate systems, and perform accurate monthly closings. Key Highlights: 1. Financial data analysis and process improvement Our client, **MULTINATIONAL LOGISTICS SERVICES PROVIDER**, is looking for a **Logistics Financial Analyst** who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience in financial auditing, internal auditing, accounting, or financial analysis, preferably in high-volume transaction environments. * 6 years of experience in treasury-accounting environments. * Experience in services, logistics, and/or international trade sectors. * Solid understanding of Oracle ERP functionality. * Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with Power Query. **WORK CONDITIONS:** * Market-competitive salary * On-site schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM in San Isidro * Payroll: General regime **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Record and monitor operational transactions related to logistics services (procurement, billing, intercompany services), ensuring IFRS compliance. * Validate and reconcile operational documents (B/Ls, waybills, invoices, debit/credit notes) against commercial agreements, ensuring correct accounting treatment. * Manage and supervise proper integration of data between the OTM system (Oracle Transportation Management) and Oracle ERP financial modules, ensuring end-to-end traceability of operations (end-to-end accounting process). * Perform monthly closing activities related to logistics operations, including accruals, unbilled revenue, accumulated costs, and account reconciliations (extending to the full set of financial statements), ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial information. * Perform high-volume account reconciliations: accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), deferred revenue, costs in transit, and operational accounts. * Analyze and ensure the integrity of financial information, identifying variances and proposing process improvements. * Support other financial activities assigned by the department head.
